JASPERS ships ordered goods generally within the indicated delivery time after payment receipt.
By circumstances such as summer or christmas holidays the delivery may be delayed.

Delivery against prepayment:
We accept bank transfers and PayPal payments.

If your country is not a member of the European Union, you only have to pay net prices without german VAT.
By logging in as a customer of a non-EU country our shop automatically shows you net prices.

The customer shall carefully inspect the goods without delay upon receiving them. This shall include a check of product safety.
The customer shall report any obvious defects to us in writing without delay when they are discovered.
The customer has to report transport damages immediately to the responsible parcel service and to JASPERS Alu-Systeme GmbH.
